Use of the Platform

• Bataan Home Service connects residents with local service providers in Bataan for home service inquiries, bookings, messages, payments, and reviews.
• Users must provide truthful account, contact, address, credential, and booking information.
• Accounts may be reviewed, restricted, suspended, or banned when false information, unsafe conduct, fraud, harassment, or abusive behavior is reported or verified.

Important Payment and No Refund Policy

• Downpayments are non-refundable once a resident confirms and pays for an accepted booking, except when required by law or approved by the administrator after a valid dispute review.
• Residents must check the provider, schedule, service address, and amount before paying.
• Final payment should be made only after the resident confirms that the service has been completed.

Privacy Policy

• The system collects account details, profile details, service information, booking details, messages, payment references, and reviews to operate the service.
• Contact details and booking information may be shared between the resident and selected service provider to complete the requested service.
• Uploaded provider documents are used for verification and administrative review. They are not intended for public display unless shown as approved public profile information.
• The platform uses reasonable security controls, but users must also protect their password and OTP codes.

User Agreement

• Residents agree to use the platform for legitimate service requests and to treat providers respectfully.
• Service providers agree to offer accurate service details, maintain professional conduct, and complete accepted bookings responsibly.
• Users agree that reviews must be based on real completed bookings and must not include threats, hate speech, private sensitive data, or false claims.
• The platform helps coordinate bookings and payments but does not guarantee every service outcome. Disputes may be reviewed by the administrator.
